The second installment in the Jedi: Fallen Order game series looks darker than its predecessor, and Clone Wars connections in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor could help establish that more serious tone. The first game featured frequent flashbacks into the backstory of both Kestis and his mentor Cere Junda, but further exploration of Trilla Suduri could make for an interesting follow-up. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor once again sees Stig Asmussen at the helm as game director, with fan favorite Cal Kestis returning as the main character. Set five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order , Kestis and his droid companion BD-1 are still on the run from the Empire. Perhaps the least likely character here is Ezra Bridger, but he’s a character whose future has been in flux for some time now. He disappears, alongside Admiral Thrawn, at the end of Star Wars Rebels , and Ahsoka seemingly references searching for him as recently as her appearance in The Book of Boba Fett . This means that Ezra Bridger is missing for a number of years, and while Ahsoka will likely find him come her own Disney Plus show , knowing what he was up to (and surviving through) in the meantime would be interest
