If there is meant to be a second playable character, there’s not a better pick than Merrin. After all, assuming the subtitle could be in reference to her past, not Cal’s, she’s a survivor by definition. It’s likely Cal (or perhaps Cere) is training her in the ways of the Jedi, making her their padawan. That would be the best way to work her into a closer story, as well as a solid connection for the gameplay. How the action RPG elements, as well as the lightsaber customization in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor , would work remains to be seen, but it’s not impossi

Having her completely turn away from her roots, as well as the Magick of her people, would not be a good look. It’s not something Merrin is likely to accept. Instead, allowing her to perhaps find a way to use Magick without the Dark Side or, at least, show how Merrin has control over this element of the Force could put her on a unique path. It wouldn’t be surprising if she managed to walk the line between and be a proper Gray Jedi. Ultimately, it all remains to be seen, but hopefully, Merrin is standing alongside Cal in Star Wars Jedi: https://jedisurvivorhub.com Survivo

Of course, there is nothing indicating that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be at Summer Game Fest, and there is always the chance that it does not make an appearance at either event. Yet, because of how long it has been since it was first teased, it would make sense for Respawn to share something sooner than later. Either of these events would give it a worthwhile platform to confirm whether Grubb's reports are accur

He added that the game continues Cal Kestis’ story, but he didn’t know for sure if Cal was the only playable character. The Bespin Bulletin also chimed in to add that it heard there would be a second playable character in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor , with Cal remaining the focus. Should this be true, even if fans should take all of this with a healthy grain of salt, there’s a strong case to make Merrin the second playable charac

However, despite video games being a significant portion of the Star Wars IP, Star Wars Celebration is not a gaming-focused event. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor may not appear if Disney or EA would prefer it to be revealed on a platform more centered around the subject, and the Star Wars Celebration will have its hands full with marketing Obi-Wan Kenobi and Disney’s other streaming service titles, such as the newly announced Star Wars: Skeleton Cr

She is shown to be ruthless and a formidable fighter as a dark side user, but her history as a Jedi is just as compelling. For some time after the Great Purge, she and her master, Cere Junda, led a small group of younglings until they were captured by the Empire. Her backstory is quite tragic, and it would add another layer of depth to Kenobi by having a sympathetic vill

Jedi: Fallen Order could crossover with Kenobi , Disney+'s upcoming Star Wars TV series focused on the eponymous Jedi Knight played by Ewan McGregor and Sir Alec Guinness. Judging by how both the games and the TV series are set in the same era in the Star Wars universe, a crossover is possible. Obi-Wan could even be a playable character in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor , allowing players to delve deeper into the Order 66 storyline of the game. Kenobi is an important character in the Star Wars universe, especially during the height of the Empire. With rumors of him meeting Cal Kestis one day, Respawn could give players the chance to play as the beloved character for a few short missi

Vos' brash decision-making and reckless behavior have made him butt heads with Obi-Wan before, but, in a time of uncertainty and without the Jedi order, Obi-Wan could use all the help he could get, and Vos would definitely be able to fill that role. Should he ever appear, Jason Momoa would be the perfect actor for the role with his abilities to create likable yet flawed charact

Star Wars Celebration is just a few days away, which means the much-anticipated reveal of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is too. According to known insider Jeff Grubb, this sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be at the event and is set to release on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X in early 2023. One thing Jeff was not sure of was how many playable characters there would

Fallen Order 2 , also, would be a bit redundant. In the first game, Cal and friends seek a Jedi Holocron containing a list of Force-Sensitive children across the galaxy. They pursue it to rebuild the fallen Jedi order, but at the end of the game, Cal destroys it so the Empire cannot get their hands on it. In other words, the idea of rebuilding the fallen order—central to this game and to its title—is no longer relevant outside of indicating a potential direct seq

But the title of Star Wars Jedi 2 could add a different context to these comments. If this is an anthological series and Cal isn’t the protagonist, then McGregor could have been slyly remarking about the show storyline adding up with Obi-Wan’s game storyline. It lines up perfectly. Disney Plus’ Obi-Wan Kenobi is 10 years after Revenge of the Sith , which means there are another 8 or so years before A New Hope . The show could show Obi-Wan’s encounter with the inquisitors and Darth Vader , while the game shows what happens af
